A wonderful Wednesday to you, stranger. How’s your summer so far? Mine has been reasonably busy with my on-the-job training in the works but on the bright side, it’s just a few more days until I get down to its closing stages. Awake, Alive and Blessed

Three sentiments I felt during the first ever Tumblr Fair last August 4th. It was no easy task to arrange such a highly anticipated event but together with His guidance plus the help, dedication and hard work of my fellow organizers, we happily made it a success.

One thank you isn’t enough for each and every one of you, my lovely readers who dropped by, who made it a point to buy from my booth, talk to me and take photos with me. Your simple statements such as “I love your blog!” and “I actually went here just to see you!” definitely made me smile. :) It was such an overwhelming feeling getting to know all of you!

On to my ensemble, I knew that it was going to be a hectic, humid day so thank God (and Tati of Bubbles!) that these superb shorts arrived just in time. Channeling Coachella chic, I paired it with my sexy COPPER bralet and layered with a sheer cover up to play down the provocativeness.

Jaq of YORK surprised me with these skull arm candies (and more) one day before the fair. Thank you for the sweet gesture, Jaq! <3

And the best part of my outfit? These head turning babies from Sophisticat Shoes, no less. A shout out to its lovely owners, Janna and Nikko. More power to you guys! :)

Eye Catchers

Here are several snapshots of what caught my eye at Chick Flick during my latest visit. I went home somber with an empty wallet but pleased with my purchases; a new high low skirt and a new pair of wedges!

The whole store looked so lovely, from the accessories to the clothes, down to the shoes, of course!

Bandage Baby

I love how a bandage skirt exudes sexiness in a subtle way. It is a very versatile piece of clothing that I can’t help hoarding it in all prints and colors! As my bandage baby already hugged my curves, I chose to balance and match it up with a conversely loose-fitting top. Sparkly silver accents were the finishing touches to this ensemble.
