One for Slytherin

I candidly think that ear cuffs are the coolest fashion pieces that I have ever owned. That is why I’d like to thank the lovely Sasha of Gurly Glam Shoppe for thoughtfully sending me my first ever piece. Since then, I have become addicted.

It’s quite enjoyable how I can embellish my ears without having to get additional piercings and I love how this silver snake turned heads and toughened up the daintiness of my floral dress as well!

What I wore: Floral print bodycon dress and Denim studded headband used as a bracelet [Bangkok], Gray animal print sunglasses [Random], Silver snake ear cuff [Gurly Glam Shoppe], Violet tassel necklace [Top Avenue], Owl ring [Young Wild Free] Snake ring [Hong Kong], Believe bracelet and Peace bracelet [Rubi Singapore], Beaded Barbie bracelets [Toys R Us Malaysia], Brattoo Parlour lunch box [Bratz], Purple glitter platform heels [Dorothy Perkins]

How about you? Do you see yourself trying out the ear cuff trend?

Summer Hangover

The season of sun, sand and sea may be over but it is missed quite terribly. Being the best boss that she truly is, my mom arranged a summer’s last hurrah for her workers, along with their families at a lovely, laidback resort up North. On that day, I tied my hair up in a bun, took my bandeau and beach bag and I was ready to go!

Matching beach bags with my sister, Dana!

What I wore: Turquoise tube bandeau, Red nautical beach bag and Brown studded wedges [Hong Kong], Vintage printed vest [Thrifted], Denim high waisted pants with bow detail and John Lennon Sunglasses [Bangkok], Gold spike ear cuff [Young Wild Free] Rust animal print tassel necklace [Kulay-ccessories], Fantine bangle [MARiS], Sky Blue beaded bracelet [Orange Soda], Wooden bangle with silver studs [Claire’s USA], Carved connector ring [Hailey and Five]

Pageant Princess

Taking cue from Topshop’s Pageant Princess Trend, I created this outfit on conversational prints and all things girly. Deviating from the “good girl gone bad” vibe by chucking out boots, leather jackets and grunge whatnots, I expressed my version of Pageant Princess through this tickled pink ensemble.

What I wore: White graphic printed tank dress and Hot pink heart clutch [Hong Kong], Hot pink military blazer and Hot pink platform heels [Bangkok], Black and pink tassel necklace [Hux], Gold ballerina dress ring [Bought online]

Hello Hibiscus

Floral prints are not going someplace anytime soon. (How unpredictable!) Nevertheless, regardless of its monotony, donning flower-patterned leggings is a great and girly way to match up with manly fabrics, such as an oversized shirt like mine. This pair is a fun fashion revival and it undeniably went well with my Orange Soda tassels, which Kayra and I are giving away here!

What I wore: White oversized top with fringe details and Floral printed leggings [Hong Kong], Black fedora hat [Hak Yen Shop Japan], Orange and Blue tassel necklaces [Orange Soda], Gold stacked bangles [Random], Tangerine stone ring, Green Keep Calm and Carry On ring and Alexander Wang inspired bag [Bangkok], Black lace up booties [Local department store]

Call Me Kitty Cat

I’ve always wanted to get my hands on Hello Kitty specs since I saw this on my Tumblr Dashboard. Imagine my thrill when I finally found one while roving around Bangkok! Yay for another item ticked off from my to-buy list!

On to my ensemble, I wore this on a random Tuesday in school. You’ve probably seen me wear these tassels, as well as the skirt regularly but I couldn’t help it as they’re very effortless to mix and match with.

What I wore: Red button down polo, Leopard bandage skirt, Chains and tassels necklace, Hello Kitty lenseless frames, Snake printed ring, Mickey Mouse ring and Brown foldable bag [Bangkok], White lace Jessica Simpson Dany inspired platforms [Nava]http://media.tumblr.com/tumblr_le2gskgau51qev84m.png
