Going Wild

I indulged my inner wild side for this lovely Wednesday afternoon as I took hold of my trusty leopard print bandage skirt whilst dressing up. Showing off some animal spirit, I paired it with my chic cutout top with similar graphic prints. Merci beaucoup to Jen of Sam’s Station for thoughtfully sending me this! :)

Substantially wearable, I believe that one can’t go off beam with the tasteful match of leopard print and monochrome colors. This getup is faultless for a hassle free day out and can still settle in effortlessly until nighttime with the right modifications.

Off The Hook

An exquisite eye for detail is one thing that I presumably possess and this charming crochet top was surely no exception to my sight. I’d like to thank the lovely Ness of Stylebook MNL for thoughtfully sending me this piece!

Only known to me as a staple in my granny’s closet, I find it great how crochet clothing is now in fashion, giving a semi-sheer look that provides any ensemble just the right amount of sweet on sophistication.

As crochet tops exude a retro seventies sentiment, I kept things fashionably fresh with the right sparkle and shine of silver, rhinestone studded jewelry.

What I wore: Black Alexa crochet top [Stylebook MNL], Black tube top, Studded denim shorts, Silver rhinestone studded chandelier earrings and Studded belt [Bangkok], Cross connector ring [Forever 21 Singapore], Black spiked heel less shoes [Vishoes], Black Balenciaga Giant Work Bag [Milan Station HK], Eyelash extensions by Nail It! Salon

How about you? Would you like to play with crochet?

Here Comes The Sun

In lieu of the depressing post prior to this one, I was overjoyed to see the sun blazing hot as I woke up to a beautiful Friday morning. Bidding the gloomy skies goodbye, it was finally an instant to strut on sunshine once again! Yep, pun intended. Lololol.

On to my ensemble, it was an effortless no-brainer, credits to this darling dress thoughtfully sent by Elegante Boutique. Thank you, Jessel! :) The dress itself came attached with gold chains and pretty pearl strands, serving as an inspiration for my outfit add-ons.

The finishing touch to my getup? Aztec awesomeness by Nail It! Salon Glorietta 3!

What I wore: White and peach chiffon dress [Elegante Boutique], Floral print blazer [Thrifted], Giraffe pattern rounded cat eye sunglasses and Gold bicycle connector ring [Young Wild Free], Short pearl string [Carolina’s], Long pearl necklace with charms [Bangkok], Black double wrap logo bracelet [Tory Burch], French braid chain bracelets [Bubbles], Nude peep toe pumps with pearl details [Hong Kong], Beige metal chain flap bag [Chanel]

Ripped Up Rebel

Disheveled and down-at-heel looks seem to be in style at the moment as ripped t-shirts have made waves in the liberal fashion scene. What I love about these tees is that the heavier abrasions it has, the more badass it looks. It is also an advantage how it gives such a relaxed fit.

Luckily, you need not fret whether or not cutting up tees on your own would turn out well as Mizar Clothing can customize ripped tops for you, just like what I dressed myself in. Pretty pink weaves and sexy shoulder cutouts? Check! Thank you, Mimi and Zarah!

What I wore: Pink custom made ripped top [Mizar Clothing], Galaxy print leggings, Silver skull dangling earrings and White studded iPhone case [Soon at Young Wild Free], Black fedora hat [Hak Yen Shop Japan], Gray and pink round sunglasses [Young Wild Free], Crisscross magnetic cuff and Pink ombre fringe chain bracelet [Hailey and Five], Lovebirds ring [Isotopes Manila], Gorgeous connector ring [S&K Manila], Pink stacked bangles [Random], Miu Miu inspired crystal embellished sparrow platforms [Japan]

Those Three Words

No, I’m not pertaining to “I love you” but “little black dress!” It is definitely true what Karl Lagerfeld said; that “One is never over-dressed or under-dressed with a little black dress.” This was my philosophy whilst prepping up for the Yahoo! OMG! Awards night last July 6th.

I had no idea whether it was going to be chilly at the new Mall of Asia Arena or not so taking no risks, I donned my fabulous fur jacket and I adored how it added sophistication on top of my ensemble.

What I wore: Black bodycon dress [Soon at Young Wild Free], Sheer jacket with fur trimmings [Monday to Sunday], Circus statement earrings [flatterbuy], Studs chained connector ring and Gold and silver rhinestone studded bracelet [Bangkok], Love ring [Hong Kong], Charriol cable bracelet and Silver disco ball bangle [Gift], Yellow and black clutch bag [What Women Want], Black spiked heel less shoes [Vishoes]

It’s not every day that I get to be up close and personal with my favorite celebrities and so it was indeed an experience that was one for the books.
