Join The Party

The arm party, that is! This night’s special guests consist of Young Wild Free’s neon spike bracelets in highlighter hues. These acquaintances came together on my arm to create one attractive affair, which happens to be all the rage right now.

On to my ensemble, my neon spike bracelets were already such a statement and so I went for a minimalistic, monochrome outfit. All black doesn’t connote lackluster just as long as you polish off the look with striking details. More than just my cool ear cuff, scroll down and be stunned with my amazing heels!

What I wore: Black sheer top with cutout details, Gray sequin ribbon skort and Silver spikes belt [Bangkok], Black fedora hat [Hak Yen Shop Japan], Silver Aphrodite Fan ear cuff, White cross necklace and Neon spike bracelets [Young Wild Free], White lizard ring [Graffities], Katy skeleton heels [Sophisticat Shoes], Black Balenciaga Giant Work Bag [Milan Station HK] | Photos by Gabby Regio

How about you? Have you joined the (arm) party yet? ;)

One for Slytherin

I candidly think that ear cuffs are the coolest fashion pieces that I have ever owned. That is why I’d like to thank the lovely Sasha of Gurly Glam Shoppe for thoughtfully sending me my first ever piece. Since then, I have become addicted.

It’s quite enjoyable how I can embellish my ears without having to get additional piercings and I love how this silver snake turned heads and toughened up the daintiness of my floral dress as well!

What I wore: Floral print bodycon dress and Denim studded headband used as a bracelet [Bangkok], Gray animal print sunglasses [Random], Silver snake ear cuff [Gurly Glam Shoppe], Violet tassel necklace [Top Avenue], Owl ring [Young Wild Free] Snake ring [Hong Kong], Believe bracelet and Peace bracelet [Rubi Singapore], Beaded Barbie bracelets [Toys R Us Malaysia], Brattoo Parlour lunch box [Bratz], Purple glitter platform heels [Dorothy Perkins]

How about you? Do you see yourself trying out the ear cuff trend?

Fifi Lapin and Floral Prints

Currently, a crop top plus a maxi skirt has been my no fail combination of an effortlessly chic ensemble. Just like always, I loved the ease that these threads gave me as I faced a dragging school day at Taft. Minimal accessories did the trick and my hair up in a bun showed off my cool ear cuff just right.

What I wore: Fifi Lapin graphic printed crop top, Green Keep Calm and Carry On ring and Coral satchel [Bangkok], Salmon pink maxi skirt [Local department store], Vintage large frame sunglasses [Ray-Ban], Gold spike ear cuff [Young Wild Free], House of Harlow inspired necklace [Hailey and Five], Light Pink beaded bracelet [Orange Soda], Ditsy Rose Slingback Heels [Forever 21]

Double Denim

Good ol’ denims may transform to new styles every now and then but it seems like they will be fashionable forever. Whether I’m having a lazy day or not, my denim button down is always a trusty closet staple. However, pairing it with denim bottoms alike can be quite tricky.

To avoid looking like a fashion disaster when playing with double ds, mixing different dyes of denim should be the solution. In my case, I broke this ensemble’s dullness by donning vivid pops of neon!

What I wore: Denim button down [Thrifted], Tattered denim shorts, Ivory large frame sunglasses, Midnight blue stalactite ring and Neon pumps [Bangkok], Gold spike ear cuff [Young Wild Free], Learn bracelet [The Bead Shop], Neon tie-up bracelet [YORK], Pacman charm bracelet [Bought online], Eiffel Tower iPhone case [My Pets’ Shop]
