Oh Darling, Let’s Be Adventurers

Before school begun again, I asked for an adventure with my favorite boy… And I gladly got it. <3

This beautiful day was as spontaneous as it got. Gabby called the shots for Manila Ocean Park where we spent an afternoon with the cutest jellies, fishies and sea lions.

Look, I found Nemo! Wala naman pala siya sa P. Sherman 42 Wallaby Way, Sydney eh. Lololol just kidding!

This fat fishy seemed stuck. So adorbs!

Gabby and I endured our empty tummies all day. Thus, we capped off our date with a dinner buffet at Robotosan. They had  some scrumptious selections but I’ve tasted better, to be honest.

Sometimes, a break from your routine is the very thing you need. Thank you for this day, Bb! :-*

My birthday week through Instagram (@cristinadecena)♥xx

Apart from the luscious feasts and fancy schmancy presents, it is honestly the presence of my nearest and dearest that mattered the most. Thank you, Lord for another year of countless blessings and to my family and friends who made this occasion extra special!

Moshi Moshi

Say hello to the newest Japanese place in town, Moshi Moshi! I was given the opportunity to sample (almost) all of their delicious dishes, courtesy of Open Rice’s Eat’s a Date Event. Merci beaucoup for having me! ;)

As you enter Moshi Moshi, you will be welcomed with enticing food art along with consoling interiors of the color green.

A gulp of their milk tea is just the right amount of sweet fix you need.

Several of their starters are Takoyaki, California Maki and Gyoza which are all oozing with flavor and undeniably give value for your money.

Their crusty Chicken Mayo had a little bit of tangy taste that will surprise your tongue- in a good way, of course!

I especially loved their onion rings’ finish, with just the right mishmash of salt and pepper.

Their big boat of Kani Salad is perfect for sharing and for those who are watching their weight.

Their chocolate-strawberry ice cream had a good blending of flavor and it was a gratifying dessert to conclude the lip-smacking dinner.

Moshi Moshi is located at the 2nd floor of Regis Center, 327 Katipunan Avenue, Loyola Heights, Quezon City.

Thai Holiday

The sunup after Christmas Day, my family and I set off to our most loved getaway destination. This country just has its way of drawing us in at the most unexpected times. Here are spontaneous snapshots from my spree to Bangkok, Thailand last December 26th. Not a single outfit snap as I was too engaged in shopping and threw on the comfiest threads for our whole holiday. :D

Since my foodie folks never get tired of Japanese cuisine, my eldest sister’s birthday was another excuse to stuff our faces with rolls and rolls of sushi. Apart from a generous array of cooked chow, Tong Yang presented a choice of raw meats that we grilled for ourselves. Certainly Oishi!http://media.tumblr.com/tumblr_le2gskgau51qev84m.png
